Trinity Guild- Beginnings 1.5"Papa," Kaeli huffed through exhausted breaths. She ran the distance from the forest to her modest wood house quite possibly faster than her legs could carry her, but she would not let herself feel the fatigue through her excitement. "Papa! Teal told me what happened! Thank ya so much, papa!" She jumped up threw her arms around his neck, holding on tight.
His muscular build had no problems holding her weight, but he crouched down anyway until her feet hit the floor. She was tugging on his thick, red beard, and he found it unreasonably uncomfortable.
"Child! Child! What are you talking about?" he asked as she regained her feet.
"The guild, papa." She breathed heavily as she let go of his neck. "The guild let us in!"

She played absently with her long hair as she stared at James. A plush chair next to James practically concealed a young man about James age. He had a drink in one hand and a huge smile on his face. He smoothed back his messy hair and yelled over the music to James.
